Our Award-winning Chef

Congratulations to our very own Giorgia Lacey-Colley - who makes our delicious soup and hot food every week - for winning an award this month from Great British Chefs for her delicious baked conchiglioni and port, orange and mint ragu.  And judging by the wonderful comments our guests make about Giorgia's cooking, they would completely agree we are very lucky to be able to offer her delicious dishes each Thursday.
